The Bushnell Trophy Cam series is getting some good reviews on the Florida Sportsman Hunting Forum, after a Member posted the question, What is the best and easiest trail cam to use? We expect there'll be plenty of replies this week, as Florida hunters evaluate the images they've captured on the handy devices, which may be strapped to trees in strategic areas of the woods.
Battery life is one important selling point. One FS Member using Bushnell cams indicated he'd taken 2,500 images without losing a single bar on the battery indicator. Quick “trigger speed” is also an attribute mentioned by several users, and the company's 2-year warranty is appealing.
According to Bushnell, the Trophy Cam has a 45-foot motion-activated sensor, 32 low-glow LEDs and a new Field Scan feature, allowing round-the-clock image capture. Bushnell has also introduced two new high-definition video Trophy Cams. For more details, see www.bushnell.com.
