In this boat review, we take a closer look at the Sea Ark Bay Runner 210
The SeaArk Bay Runner 210 brings rugged work boat dependability together with coastal saltwater fishability seamlessly.
Since 1992, the SeaArk Boats company has been widely known as a premier builder of aluminum boats for both recreational use, as well as rugged work boats. They've taken their “built for a lifetime” standard seriously, whether it's for freshwater fishing, hunting, or commercial applications- SeaArk produces models to cover each need. It makes sense that with the growing demand for a boat with these rugged qualities for use in salt water fishing we'd see a line of crossover Bay Boats from this brand.
The Bay Runner 210 combines the durability of a solidly constructed work boat with the functionality and sporty appearance of a coastal bay boat. The raised fore and aft decks provide the elevation to stand up and see your oncoming targets while sight fishing and are equipped with removable pedestal swivel chairs.
The 210 is pre-wired for a bow mounted trolling motor and four dry storage compartments are located beneath the foredeck including a pair of 6'6” rod lockers. The rear casting deck features twin flip-up jump seats with storage below and a 20-gallon live well. A leaning post backs up to the aft deck bulkhead for the driver. The elevated center console is molded fiberglass with LED courtesy lighting, six outboard rod holders and a windscreen.
The interior finish is entirely coated in LINE-EX coating which is a smart alternative if you like the simplicity of running to the car wash to pressure wash the deck rather than detailing your boat on the weekend. The exterior can be finished in an array of colors from earth tones and camo patterns to classic marine urethane colors with upholstery to match.
The Bay Runner series hulls are built to provide a smooth ride across the aggressive chop you'll regularly encounter while fishing over open stretches of coastal salt water with a 15-degree V-shaped bottom unlike the traditional flatter bottom most associated with aluminum boats.
The Bay Runner 210 can be customized with numerous available options from the factory including a Jack Plate and Power Pole, Humminbird Electronics, T-Top, rod holders and more.
